Pulley Lagging

Maintenance on conveyor belts is essential to mining/plant conveying systems. The ultimate purpose of this is to reduce down- time in order to maximize output. Paring with the world leaders in conveyor material suppliers, MDNK is able to offer pulley-lagging services that extends the life of the conveyor system components, resistance to wear and corrosion and im- proves the friction between the belt and the pulley.

Although we would like to venture into both the ceramic and replaceable strip lagging methods in the near future, MDNK offers Rubber lagging method as its primary lagging method. Both the plain and diamond shape grove patterns available for use depending on the application and or the pulley location.
